Lenten project:
We'd like to thank all the parents and children who are contributing to our lenten project. It is especially nice to see that the children are making efforts to do kind deeds in order to earn their coins to help others. They are truly proud of their actions! Keep up the great work!
Report cards:
If you haven't already done so, kindly return the envelope along with page 3 of the report in order to indicate that you have indeed received your child's report card. I will be in touch with you should an interview be required.
Double lunch day - Wednesday, Februrary 27th, 2013.
Children are invited to bring in a second lunch to offer to someone in need. You are asked to refrain from using any condiments on sandwiches. It has also been suggested that you can donate bus
tickets and/or fast food coupons in addition/lieu of a lunch. Once again, we thank you in advance for your participation.
Boulangerie Mr. Doughy's Bakery:
The children will be bringing home a list of French words they will
be using as they hang out in our bakery. We are practising using the verb: "Je mange" along with the vocabulary words. Please see the new link: J'AI FAIM, JE MANGE on the site. It is a fun way to learn simple actions in French. Enjoy!
